The Tennessee Smokies closed out their road trip to Alabama on a strong note on Thursday, defeating the Birmingham Barons 4-1 at Regions Park.

The Smokies are now back in East Tennessee, ready to welcome in the Jackson Generals for a five-game series beginning tonight at Smokies Park.
