‘The Process’ is the story of the 2013 Tennessee Smokies, the Chicago Cubs Double-A affiliate. In episode five, the six Smokies elected to the 2013 Southern League All-Star Game are profiled. Right handed pitcher Kyle Hendricks is scheduled to start the game for the North Division and Alberto Cabrera (RHP) will be in the bullpen. Matt Szczur is slated to leadoff and play left field followed by Arismendy Alcantara hitting second at shortstop. Christian Villanueva is the starting third baseman and will hit seventh while Rafael Lopez is the team’s second catcher.
The Southern League All-Star from Jacksonville, Florida is Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m. EST from Bragan Field.
