VIDEO: Albert Almora Arizona Fall League Interview

Albert Almora recently sat down with Jeff Platt of the Smokies Radio Network to discuss his improvement throughout the Arizona Fall League. The 19-year-old outfielder has swung the bat well all through the fall league, batting .307 with six doubles and 12 RBIs in 79 plate appearances. Almora said the Cubs, “could send me to Japan if they want to, as long as I’m playing, I’ll be happy,” and he’ll go “where ever gets me closer to the big leagues.”
