KODAK, Tenn. – Due to inclement weather and unplayable field conditions, Thursday night’s Tennessee Smokies game against the Jacksonville Suns has been postponed. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow, July 6 at 5:00 p.m., which will consist of two (2) seven-inning games.
Fans with tickets to Thursday night’s game can exchange them for admission to a future Smokies’ regular season home game of their choice at the Smokies’ ticket office. Fans can contact the Smokies front office at (865) 286-2300 for more information.
Friday’s regularly scheduled Fireworks show will go on as scheduled following the second game of the doubleheader.
Following tomorrow’s doubleheader, the Smokies and Suns will conclude their three-game series on Friday at Smokies Park. Tickets for the rest of the series can be purchased online at http://www.smokiesbaseball.com or by calling (865) 286-2300.
