JACKSON 7, CHATTANOOGA 4: A three-run 4th inning gave Jackson the lead and they never looked back. Ramon Morla went 3-for-3 while Daniel Paolini had a game-high three RBIs. The Generals have won three straight now over the Lookouts.

MISSISSIPPI 1, PENSACOLA 0 (10): Christian Marrero drove in the game’s only run with a bases-loaded RBI single in the bottom of the 10th. Tim Crabbe threw nine scoreless innings for the Blue Wahoos while Mitch Atkins threw seven shutout innings for the Braves.

MOBILE 13, BIRMINGHAM 2: The BayBears scored 13 unanswered runs en route to a blowout win over the Barons. Mobile scored six in the 3rd, four in the 4th, and three in the 6th. Justin Greene went 3-for-5 with 4 RBIs and Nick Evans hit his 17th home run of the season.
Tonight’s Starters: MOB: Bradin Hagens (9-5, 3.30 ERA) BIR: Chris Bassitt (1-0, 3.60 ERA)
MONTGOMERY 6, JACKSONVILLE 1 (Game 1): The Biscuits jumped out early on the Suns with three RBI singles in the first inning. Catcher Curt Casali went 3-for-3 with an RBI in his first game with Montgomery.
MONTGOMERY 4, JACKSONVILLE 2 (Game 2): Jacksonville scored the game’s first two runs but the Biscuits responded and took the lead thanks to a three-run 4th inning. Eight of the nine starters for Montgomery registered at least one hit including two apiece for Mikie Mahtook and Robby Price.
