VIDEO: Javier Baez two-run homer caps off second half title

Cubs’ top prospect Javier Baez launched his 35th home run of the season in the seventh inning of Monday night’s game against Mobile. Baez’s bomb landed over the outer black fencing in left field and extended Tennessee’s 4-0 lead to 6-0. With the Smokies victory, Tennessee claimed the Southern League North Division second-half title to clinch a 2013 playoff berth.
