Highly touted Chicago Cubs prospect Kris Bryant recently chatted with the Smokies Radio Network to discuss his development in the Arizona Fall League thus far. Bryant was drafted second overall by Chicago in the 2013 MLB Draft and rose quickly to High-A Daytona, playing in 36 games across the minors. Bryant hit .390 with 14 doubles, nine home runs and 32 RBIs. The 21-year-old said it is not up to him to decide when he will reach the big leagues, but he will “make it a tough one for them to decide on that.”
