Eric Jokisch experienced a night that only a few pitchers in professional baseball have achieved in their careers, a no-hitter. Jokisch faced off against the Jacksonville Suns on August 6th of the 2013 season where he threw the first no-hitter for the Smokies in six years as the Smokies went on to win 10-0. Jokisch would strike out eight batters in the milestone. Jokisch finished the 2013 campaign at 11-13 with a 3.42 ERA and 137 strikeouts.
