On June 29, 1990, the Junior and Senior Circuits ran parallel, when Dave Stewart of Oakland no-hit Toronto, and, around the time Stewart was completing his effort, Fernando Valenzuela of the Dodgers took the mound in Chavez Ravine for an encore performance.
