Congratulations to Darwin Barney! Played for the Smokies in 2009 under manager Ryne Sandberg, although his primary position with Tennessee was shortstop.

Now Cubs second baseman Darwin Barney is the recipient of the 2012 National League Rawlings Gold Glove Award! Barney is the first Cubs Gold Glove winner since first baseman Derrek Lee in 2007 and the first Cubs second baseman honored since Ryne Sandberg in 1991.

The radio network for the Chicago Cubs AA affiliate. We go on the air 15 minutes before every game with the Pilot-Oscar Mayer pre-game show. Then following the game we wrap up the night with the 10th Inning Wrap-Up Show. Director of Broadcasting is Mick Gillispie, Broadcast Assistant is Danny Will, and Broadcast and Multimedia Assistant is Michael Wottreng.
