JACKSONVILLE 2, CHATTANOOGA 1 (6): All runs were scored in the fourth inning in a rain-shortened game in Jacksonville.  Jeremy Moore hit a sac fly for the Lookouts in the top of the 4th but the Suns responded with RBI hits from Daniel Pertusati and Taylor Krick.  The game was called after six innings due to inclement weather.

Tonight’s Starters: CHA: Ross Stripling (5-1, 3.36 ERA) JAX: TBA

MOBILE 4, PENSACOLA 3: Ryan Court hit a go-ahead sacrifice fly in the top of the 8th as the BayBears evened up their series with the Blue Wahoos.  With the score tied 1-1 going into the 6th, each team scored twice to keep the game tied going into the later innings.  The top seven hitters in the Mobile lineup each registered at least one hit.

Tonight’s Starters: MOB: Bradin Hagens (9-6, 3.63 ERA) PNS: Carlos Contreras (0-1, 4.66 ERA)

MONTGOMERY 3, MISSISSIPPI 2: The Biscuits scored twice in the 6th inning to erase a one-run deficit as they snapped the Braves four-game winning streak.  Cameron Seitzer went 3-for-5 and Hector Guevara delivered the go-ahead RBI single with one out in the 6th.

Tonight’s Starters: MTG: Enny Romero (9-5, 2.74 ERA) MIS: Michael Lee (5-8, 4.16 ERA)

JACKSON 7, HUNTSVILLE 3: The Generals scored seven unanswered runs off Stars pitching to come back and win last night.  Ramon Morla tied the game in the 5th with an RBI single and in the 6th, Ji-Man Choi hit a grand slam to give Jackson their first lead.

Tonight’s Starters: HVL: Brooks Hall (0-4, 5.88 ERA) JXN: Trevor Miller (0-1, 8.10 ERA)
